• It is crucial to measure the room accurately before placing an order to ensure a proper fit. Once the item is manufactured, it can't be changed or returned. Please add 2" to length for the headboard, Thank you for your understanding,
• When measuring the space for your bed, remember to add an extra 2 inches to the length. To get the most accurate measurement, measure between the skirting boards, and make sure you measure at the narrowest point. This way, you'll be sure to get a perfect fit!
• To accurately determine the height of your bed, you need to know the depth of your mattress from MATTRESS INFO TAB. Simply add the depth of your mattress to the height of the base to find the total height. For example, if your base height is 14 inches (35.56 cm) and your Sapphire mattress is 9 inches (22.86 cm) deep, your total bed height would be 23 inches or approximately 58.42 centimetres. Keep in mind that the bed height will differ for each mattress.

Mattress choosing advice

Advice and notes for when choosing the mattress - All our mattresses are delivered as flat, and they won’t be vacuum packed or rolled packed. We suggest rotating the mattress regularly; therefore, it helps to keep the comfort layers evenly used and flip the mattress where recommended doing so, All our mattresses are fully compliant with all UK fire regulations. All fabrics, colours, patterns, and stitching may vary. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product due to the room set accessories and studio lighting used.

Mattress feels advice for choosing a comfortable mattress

• Normally, up to 10 stone users prefer a medium feel unless they need a soft, comfy mattress to sink in
• Secondly from 10 – 13 stone, users prefer to have a medium to firm and more towards the firmer feel to support their back and body
• thirdly the 13 stone plus user typically needs firmer bed/ mattress to compensate for extra sinkage and support to your body. Therefore, we would suggest taking extra care when choosing the correct mattress for your sleep needs,
• All our weight recommendations are based on firmness ratings; individual requirements and preferences can be different.

Mattress Measuring Tip

• Please allow an extra inch or 2cm when measuring available space.
• Handstitched borders (thick borders) add an extra inch to width and length, especially with a bed frame where the mattress has to sit in. It can cause the issue; therefore, please advise when ordering,

On average, it takes 5 to 10 working days for us to deliver your order from the day you place it. We use our company vehicles to deliver the product to your home, and we have a dedicated distribution team that works around the clock to ensure that all products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Day Of Delivery

• Prior to delivery, please ensure that you have sufficient access and space and that any staircases and lifts providing access are in good condition. Please remove any fragile objects, such as lights, vases, and pictures, that could be damaged during the delivery. We will make every effort to deliver the products to your desired room(s), provided it is safe and practical to do so. Our delivery team will take reasonable care when delivering the products within the scheduled timeframe. The boring legal bit: a missed delivery will incur a redelivery charge, Sorry.
• However, suppose our delivery team deems it unsafe for either the items or our delivery crew's health and safety to deliver the products to the desired room(s). In that case, you must accept the delivery and handle the rest. This may occur when the stairs are situated between two doorcases or from the kitchen or stair clearances are too narrow or limited by height. If we cannot fulfil the order due to the state of the house, you will be fully liable, and we will not take the products back or issue a refund.
• Therefore, please exercise caution before placing an order for furniture. Our delivery team is not authorized to and will not remove doors, windows, door frames, or any other fixtures to complete the delivery. You must arrange this beforehand.
• Our delivery team will keep their footwear on while making deliveries for safety reasons. If you are concerned about possible damage to your flooring, please ensure that you cover it with protective sheets. Please keep in mind that any changes you make to your order after it has been placed may affect the delivery service we can offer and the delivery price/ dates,
