Price Match Guarantee – If You Find a Better Deal, We Want to Know!
At WOWBeds, we know that being competitive is vital in any business. However, when it comes to buying a bed — where you spend a significant portion of your life — it is even more important to feel confident that you are getting the best value.
That’s why we offer our Price Match Guarantee. With it, you can rest assured you’re receiving the best deal available. If you find a similar bed or mattress at a better price, simply let us know. Provided the specification is comparable to ours, we will happily match the price.
Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions
To make sure everything is fair and transparent, we’ve set out the following conditions:

Firstly, the supplier must be an established business selling their goods through an e-commerce website. (This excludes auction sites such as eBay and Amazon).

Secondly, the competitor’s website must be run under a registered domain name and hosted properly. (Websites on free hosting platforms will not be considered).

In addition, the competitor’s business must be UK-based.

Furthermore, the price must be verified by WOWBeds staff.

Importantly, the price must be an advertised retail price, not a special offer, one-off discount, or clearance/end-of-line stock.

We will generally match against a list of known suppliers. However, if your supplier is unknown to us, we may still consider a price match after review.

In order to qualify, the product must be readily available for purchase and offered with a similar lead time to WOWBeds.

Equally, the product must be like-for-like and/or from the same manufacturer.

Finally, the price match request must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
Delivery Information
At WOWBeds, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Standard-sized beds and mattresses that are in stock are usually delivered within the following timeframes:

Foam mattresses – within 5 working days

Wooden bed frames – within 5 to 20 working days

Divans & sprung mattresses – within 15 to 20 working days
However, please note that special sizes or made-to-measure orders may take a little longer.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive delivery details via text or email at least 24 hours prior to delivery. At that point, you’ll also have the option to amend the delivery time with the carrier if it isn’t convenient.
