Delivery And Returns
When you buy from Wow Beds, your order will be delivered straight to your door anywhere in mainland UK. Delivery times vary between 5 to 20 working days, depending on the product you choose.
Standard Delivery Times
Foam mattresses: within 5 working days
Wooden bed frames: within 5–20 working days
Divans & sprung mattresses: within 15–20 working days
Special Orders
For special sizes or made-to-measure beds, delivery may take longer.
Delivery Notifications
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive delivery details by text or email at least 24 hours in advance. If the scheduled time isn’t convenient, you’ll have the option to amend it directly with the carrier.

Deliveries and Returns Information
- If you have any special instructions, such as preferred delivery date, please complete the relative field at time of order. A signature is required and you are advised to check items before accepting them for signs of transit damage.
- The carriers deliver between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries (9am to noon) are available on request for a small charge and you can specify this at time of order – see the table below for more detail.
- You will get notification by by e-mail, text or telephone for when your order is expected usually within 48 hours of delivery. We regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times on any given date.
- Please check goods before signing for them. If you find any issues, damage in transit or missing parts, please get in touch with us immediately.
